Team Support

We provide dedicated support channels for PlanetOne ERP users, with a professional team ready to resolve problems quickly and responsively.

We use the JTRAC system to receive issue reports and record every support interaction from a customer’s very first day on the system — so every record is auditable and traceable. This lets users learn how to resolve recurring problems they have faced before, and build up real expertise with PlanetOne ERP over time.

Users can also study answers on their own through the Forum. If you hit a problem accessing the system during holidays or outside working hours, the Forum is the place to start.

Service hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–17:00 (excluding Thai public holidays).
