Every PlanetOne deployment is scoped to your user count, modules, deployment and implementation effort, so we quote per organisation rather than publish a single number.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Lite, SME and Enterprise differ in the number of users they cover. The functionality is equally capable across all three.
Is there a recurring cost?
Yes — annual maintenance (MA) is 18% of the licence and customisation, starting one year after go-live. Cloud deployments are an annual service lease.
