BRID Systems Co., Ltd. had the opportunity to host an online seminar together with the Federation of Thai Industries (ICTI) on 30 August 2022, on the topic “Boosting efficiency, cutting errors in internal work processes.”

More than 150 business operators joined the seminar to hear the information and methods based on the 1E4S principle, designed to cover work inside the organisation — especially businesses with production processes, which can build on it to work more efficiently.

There was also guidance for making an ERP implementation succeed using CRTR, namely a Centralized Database (consolidating the organisation’s data into one place), Reduce Redundant work, Traceability, and Real-time (working in a timely way). If an organisation that wants to implement an ERP applies all four of these principles as a guideline, the implementation will certainly succeed.
